I have a 02 G.A has been using more antifreeze than what I consider normal (ADDING EVERY 3 WEEKS OR SO) now I am getting a bad knocking sound like a lifter or something every so often after the car sets overnight not every time and only till it warms up or even is put in gear and moved sometimes oil is not milky and is changed every 3000miles

It sounds like you could have a bad LIM gasket.
They knocking is most likely the typical 3.4 lifter sound - our pnuematic lifters take a while to get the oil up to em when you first start up.
The anti-freeze leak is most likely an external LIM leak. Your oil would not be milky if it was an external leak. Check the area underneath your throttle body. This is a typical area to have an external leak.

No problem.
Well maybe actually it was even piston slap.
