SO I changed it out and bought the wire kit for it. Plugged in the cd player and it didnt power on :( So I said lets see I plugged the old one back in and it didnt power on. So I started to look at the fuses and checked them the best I could, the chart sucks! Any suggestions on what to do next?

Well there are many things you could check. First off did you splice any of the wires or did you just use the aftermarket harness? To check fuses, there should be a fuse box with I think 2+ fuses that are stereo related, in the driver side, near the pedals, as well as one in the engine compartmen fuse box. Your boxes should have some sort of diagram or guide on the lid that will tell u which fuse is which. If this u cant find a blown fuse or need more help post, or send me an PM.

If you're sure it's not a fuse, I woud start by checking voltages at the connector. Did you do anything to the ground? If you did any splicing, double check them. I rarely use crimps, I prefeer to solder & heat shrink.
