hi guys i decided to start a new thread since the other one was so far back. i brought my runner to a friends garage and withen 30-45 min he found the problem. as it turned out the the rocker arms were not adjusted what so ever.. even after changing the cam.. the intake ones were too loose and the exhaust ones were supper tight.. so now it runs ok. there is still a little problem with the starting but it isn;t too bad..the compression is very low in the #2 cylinder, i believe it might be the valve that got fried due to the mal adgusted rockers.. but atleast it is drivable now..
i would like to thanks you guys for you help . it keep me from losing my mind..lol..
thanks again

WOO HOO!!!!
So did you zero out your "check engine" codes?
Find the EFI fuse in the engine compartment fuse box, pull it for at ten seconds. This will erase any stored codes and start you from a clean slate. We hope who knows what they really are doing with the nonvolatile memory circuits.
