Squeaking altima

I have a 1994 Nissan altima. Since the car is from minneapolis the chasis is rusted underneath(salt on the roads). Now I have shifted to texas. I have noticed a problem from about 6 months. I hear a squeaking noise from the car in the front whenever i get in or out of the car. also with a slightest of unevenness on the road. can anyboy let me know about it?

struts? they have a tendency to go bad and that could be it

I would measure all 4 corners of your car and see if you are sitting low. Your springs could be shot on one side.

Get the bearings of the top strut mount checked. Those can seize and cause a squeaking as well.
