I recently bought a 90 Eagle Talon AWD TSI. It has no engine in it. I did some searchin around and i really didnt find an answer that I was lookin for. basically I kno about JDM engines and the cyclone manifold. But Im really wondering where I could buy a JDM engine or a USA engine that has already been rebuilt and junk like that. any comments or any info will be great thanks.

There are some lower price generic rebuilders that some poeple may be able to recomend. RREs site has a list. But for a DSM specific shop, most people are using buschur, SBR, RRE, etc. Some of them will do it with no core due for a little more. If you just want a low mileage motor to drop in, check the RRE list, or local DSM club. I've bought great 100k mile short blocks for ~500 bucks and beat the hell out of them for a long time. Personally I think a locally bought domestic motor is the way to go, when possible.

It's never going to be easy to find a "pre-rebuilt" because if it's rebuilt then someone is probably using it.
Weird enough, your best bet is eBay, get a good engine cheap and cough up the dough for the rebuild (which will be based on the quality of the engine) or spend a few more dollars on a good group that has them, which will definitely cost more.
As for the Cyclone, it's great for effect, but not all that practical.

Fuck JDM... Depending on how much your looking to spend and how nice you want the motor, you can find them all over the net! If your looking for a freshly rebuilt one, good luck unless you can find someone to build one for you fairly cheap.

Are there alot of diferences between the 4g63 nt and 4g63t engines? What if you find a really cheap 4g63 nt motor and put lower compression fordged pistons in there with a basic rebuild. Would that hold up to decent boost?

A 4g63nt with lower compression pistons is the same thing as a 4g63t (minus oil squirters). ;)
My machinist builds my race blocks for around 500 bucks. Add ~400 for pistons, and you have a sweet motor for 900. Assuming you keep reuisng the same old beat up eagle rods like I do :D But just a 500 dollar rebuild with stock 6 bolt internals will be a 500whp motor that will last a long time. I'm tempted to do this in the new daily driver, just because I can.

Whats wrong with JDM?? Not saying it is better than anything else, but honestly what is wrong with it? Generally they are lower mileage, and....they have a RED TOP :-)
