lincoln ls weather problems

I have a 2000 LS with just 30k miles. it's a wonderful car but seems to have a lot of bugs.

I've had to bring it into the shop repeatedly for door pockets filling up with water. the last time the water turned to ice. I just got the car back and hope this time it works, but won't really know until the next big rain storm.

also the headlights fog.

the seat heaters work sometimes and sometimes not.

and the stereo system now makes strange noises crackling and humming noises, as if someone threw water on the system.

does anyone have these kinds of problems? and if so what have they done?

I have heard others mention all but the radio issue.

I have been through the headlight problem and the seat heater. Both were repaired in warranty. Since your LS has such low miles Lincoln should be willing to grant you after warranty adjustements for the headlights and seat heater ask your lincoln dealer.

If you are the DIY type you can fix the headlights on your own. Search the LS forum and you will find several articles on how to do this.
