I have a 91 Stealth r/t NA, and I want to convert from automatic to a manual preferably a getrag 6 speed, is this feasible and if it is, is this worth the money. What will I need, and is it something I can do?

There is a section at the bottom of the FAQ regarding this.

Will there be a problem doing a getrag 6-speed tranny or do I have to have the 5 speed? Because if I can I would prefer the 6-speed, but I am wondering if it would work on a 91 r/t NA

You could do the getrag 6-speed but you would have to weld the VCU or it wont work, since you have a FWD and that's an AWD tranny. Now what the VCU is and where it is, I forgot...but I know that's all you have to do.

to further clarify..it will bolt up perfectly to your engine

For your other questions...no it's not worth the money...the 5-speed is about a second faster than the auto in the 1/4 mile but all in all the car doesn't have enough power to be putting any money into it IMO. If you have a blown auto tranny, it's cheaper to buy the auto and put it in, than to convert...but all the prices are in the FAQ for the conversion. Also you don't have enough power to need a 6-spee...Sure it would be cool to say, but that's about it, waste of $$.
