What kind of music do you like, and what are you listening to now?

Listening to Nirvana - i'm into rock, some rap, some techno, a little bit of everything (very very little country)

And napster is great to get free music off of, just hafta know how to work the system :evillol:

i hate nirvana, i dont like alot of rap, i dont like most r+b, dont like country, love hardcore rock, love techno. I havnt been listening to much music lately. cd that i have in right now is a mix of rap and r+b. Oh yeah and i think tupac and the game are the worst rappers.

I like a lot of stuff; rap (only hardcore or "gangster" rap though), progressive rock, "classic rock", rock. I basically only listen to the same bands over and over again, because I hate the garbage they play on the radio and on mtv. When I'm driving around I usually listen to Incubus, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Wu Tang Clan, Authority Zero, Pink Floyd, NWA, CKY, Black Sabbath; and that's about it. Dislike R&B, country, most metal, hardcore, pop punk, '80's music, and pop music.

yummy @ black sabbath and a perfect circle :)

And yes a lot of the music they have now isn't that good - some of it is, depending on what you're looking for. I just got the napster trial and some of the underground-type bands that you don't hear about on tv or radio are very good, maybe you oughta go on napster and see if there's something there you might like :)

I'm all into rock, almost any type of rock...not too big on punk, but anything else works fine for me. Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Korn, In Flames (if u ever heard of em, they're mostly about music and not much on lyrics, and play somewhat hard rock), Nirvana, Marilyn Manson, Interpol, Billy Talent, Coldplay, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The Used, U2

one word LINKIN PARK!!! (well two words)

I think they are one of the best bands ever, and what they did with JZ was so good.

Got to hear my friends jam out in their bandhouse this weekend. I'm really not into the hard stuff anymore but their grindcore style can't be beat. The Berkemeier brothers have been playing together drums and guitar/bass for well over 10 years and the other dude, Matt started the band a long time ago and finally has the B brothers to give them a good name. The vocalist wasn't there but that's cool cuz I really don't get into men screaming and trying to sing or whatever. The band's called "Mirage" and their website is miragethrashing.com. That dude Matt used to play bass but Will B. plays bass now since their guitarist is in jail or god knows where which is a shame cuz he was one of the best guitarists (played a little with Nonpoint and some other Florida grindcore bands). They had quite a set-up and sounded tight... of course, I was drinking... oh well.
