passenger window sticking

Hi, ever since I had the car the passenger window has been sticking when rolled up all the way. When I try to roll it down it sticks a little then comes down strong.......when I roll it up it goes up strong then sticks towards the end. Is there any kind of oil or any other method to stop this? Thanks.
