whats the best fuel pressure

i got a h22 with intake, headers, camgears, msd and exhuast, and crank pulley. im not sure but i think stock fuel pressure is 30 psi. i wanted to know what you guys think i should set mine at and were you guys have it set on your cars. also on A/f gauge where is the best place to have it. 1 bar rich 2 bars rich etc.

With the mods you have the best thing to do is leave it stock. As for the A/F gauge, they are very inaccurate; you need a wideband to read the A/F ratio accurately.
