My first solo flight!

i figured i should share this picture with you guy's since i know you all would get a kick out of it...
this was my first Solo flight ever in my life. the culmination of my lifes dreams are all in that picture. i just dropped off my instructor on the runway and took off.
Place: Left Downwind Traffic Patern, John Wayne Airport, Newport Beach, Ca
Altitude: 850 Ft.
Speed: 85 Knots Indicated

thats awsome man I'v always wanted to get my private pilots license. What kinda bird is that?
i know theres a local airfield around here that does the whole program for like 6500. that includes however many hours of ground school, the 40 or whatever instructor hours, fuel and plane rental. Id do it if I had the money. congrats man!

it's a Cessna 152, pretty basic trainer. really fun to land tho...

God damn!!!! You crazy bastard!!!! I could'nt trust my self in a plane. Great job man, just make sure to keep it safe!
