Not many younger folks listen to classical music. I for one do on occasion. Very relaxing, very soothing and sometimes more than just napping music.

Anyone else have some classical music they'd reccommend?

I heart classical. Mozart, Bach, Wagner and Beethoven are my favorites.

Yes, I heart teh classical too.

Have a listen to John Williams's "Schindlers List" theme, it's not techically "classical" more comtemporary composition, but if you want relaxing violins, that's the best song i've ever heard.

Pachabel, Tchakovski, Chopan, Mozart, Debussy, Bach and Beethovan, not to leave out Ravel (Early 20th century, he wrote a 15 minute+ song on 3 tunes, fucking amazing).

Some recommendations:

From Chopan - Any Piano Concerto, Any Nocturne but try Nocturne in G, Romantic Guitar, Waltz in A minor, and Raindrop Prelude...Anything by Chopan is probly the BEST study music.

Pachabel's Cannon In D is the most popular song of his, try some variations as well, Guitar/Piano, guitar/hard, cello/violin etc.

Beethovan's Moonlight sonata is the best sleeping music.

I'm a big Rochmaninov fan, he is a major badass on the piano, hands stretched 2 octaves. I like Vivaldi a lot, and am a HUGE Bach fan. I also like celibidache, Wagner, Beethoeven, Dvorak, and Mahler. Not the biggest Mozart fan, but like some of his stuff.

LOL, I used to only listen to classical to get me to sleep. But now I have a taste for good classical music.
I'll put up a list of my 10 favourites when I get home
