I just bought a w/w rs kit for our 2000 prelude. If you are unfamiliar, it is a front and rear lip spoilers and replacement side skirts. My question is this. One shop I talked to said ther would counter sink rivets and fill in the holes instead of using the tap, that way it would get a little closer fit and look a little cleaner. Another shop said that was wroong and to used the tape and screws and install it that way. The guy who said to counter sink the rivets does a lot of custom work and I have seen some really nice stuff from him, and he wants less to do the job including painting. What would you recommend??

definitly the guy who does custom work, he's cheaper, and he seems to know what he's doing, given that he's done lots of custom installs

Either way would work good ... most shops would use double sided tape and screws to hold on the lip as they're somewhat designed to be put on this way but rivets should hold the lip a little more sturdy ... My kit was riveted on and it held really sturdy ...
