Ford Keyless Entry Keypad

I'm trying to program a Ford Keyless entry keypad (new) to operate locks on a 2004 Chevy Suburban. I checked the FCCID for Ford and GM transmitters and both are 315 Mhz. Can anyone out there help me with the programming? The instructions in the box are vehicle specific (Ford).
