How fast is my car really going?

Hey I put 17 rims on my G that came stock with 16" rims. I herd that my speedometer reading is off and there is some equation to figure it out does anyone know what it is?

Enter original and new tire size and the java will tell you the rest....

my p10 had : 195 65 14
new with 16" enkei: 205 50 16

the result is about 3% difference... so at 50mph on the speedo I'm actually going 48.5mph... guess thats good for avoiding smokie!! ;-)

3%??? maybe....ain't much of a difference though...its not like a cop can tell if you are couple mph to fast or slow
