Air Bag Light

I have a 95 Isuzu Rodeo. When I bought it, the air bag light was constantly on while then engine is running. The previous owner said it came on once and never went off since. He said he had never had any accidents and it does not look like it has been wrecked. He said he had it checked out at the dealership and was told that the air bag would work but they could not get the light to go off.

Does anyone have any ideas on fixing this problem? It is kind of annoying.
