electric water pump

Do any of you guys/gals run an electric water pump? I am thinking of going to an electric fan setup and might as well try the pump too, no? The only thing I'm worried about is can you run a heater off one or are they only for street rod-type applications? A couple I have looked at (proform, moroso, etc.) look like they don't operate a heater. Thanks in advance.
