Lincoln 2001 HELP HELP

Hi everyone
I just bought a lincoln ls 2001 v8 last year. Check traction light, abs, engine, and batter light is on and the dealer wants 103 dollars just to check it out. My girlfriend told me she took the car to the car wash and left it in reverse, when it should of been in N. Could this have caused all my problems Should i fork over the money or can there be a simply fix.

have autozone read the pcm. they do it free of charge. They ca give you the DTC(s) post back here. ASk them to clear the codes if you think the car is ok.

I agree with el es, it sounds like its just a computer problem for all those lights to be on. Does the car run ok? smell anything interesting? How do you go through a car wash in reverse? Anyways go to autozone and tell us the codes once you get them and we will try to look into it for ya and save ya some money. If you confused your computer somehow then probably a good idea to clear your codes and see if the lights come back, if not then problem solved.
