1992 Dodge Shadow Windows

I have done some work on my wife's Shadow so we could sell it and I was testing thee windows and the passenger side is a bit messed up. The motor seems to work fine but it acts like it has jumped out of some track or something. Any suggestions on getting this to work? What should I be looking for?
