98 bonney heater/ac problems

My 98 bonney continuously runs hot air and the A/C doesn't cool. The fan works on all speeds and I can direct the flow at all levels. Hot air keeps coming out at the floor even when the system is off. Can anyone help? Thanks

Obviously the mixer/diverter door is stuck in "full heat" position. It it driven by an electric motor and that is known to fail, not the motor itself but the little nylon gears . Check posts by Randman1 on this topic:
