Coolant flush in Gen4 Taurus?

I am planning on flushing my coolant. I haven't looked, but I've heard it's difficult to locate the drain on the radiator in the 2000+ Tauruses. Anyone know?

Also, I have only seen a reservoir cap under my hood, no radiator cap. Am I missing something here?

Have to remove the plastic shield under and behind the bumper. The drain valve is easily accessable on the driver's side of the vehicle. The cap on the reseroir is the radiator cap.
