few more ?s afte r motor change

ok motors in clutch pedals working i have a speed sensor trouble code and no speedometer im assuming i didnt get it in place or something when i put ot back. also my kooling fan isnt working i tryed to jump the sensor with a screwdriver but it didnt work any body have any suggestions here also theres a hose that comes out the back of the intake /injrctors i thought it went into the bittom of my air cleaner but when i did that it ran terrible like bogging down is all i can say to explain it wouldnt even start on hills and 1 last problem my old pcv vavle plugged in in a diffrent place on my valve cover anything i can do besides buying a lenght of hose and rigging it up.

ok heres my up date on the lack of power part.. i pulled the codes again and im also getting a mass air flow code. it was running terrible last nite at this point i unplugged and plugged in the vacuum on the mass air flow sensor. its running good now . where is that vacuum suppose to plug into on the other end? im wondering if ieither i have it plugged in wrong or i just have a bad vacuum line . does the fault code mean my sensor is shot or just not working properly?
