hellpppp starting problems need ideas

:banghead: striped 92 escortfor mini stock dirt car. kids at the shop were messing with the ignition and pulled the box off i guess they were trying to start it. when i was trying to figure out wireing to put switches in the relays started sparking aound the comp. (bared the wires to see which systems i could bypass) now the relays dont click on . the car turns over(2nd black wire goes directly to sloenoid) but no power to rest of car(1st black wire).. now if i cross the green and red wires on the fuel pump relayeverything works but if i pull the batt cable car dies i.e. no alternator. which with f.i. is a problem , battery drains quickly. any ideas? also wheres the fusible link located?
