Im about to setup my friends new Caddy CTS. He has a cts, and im gonna put 2 re 12s for him in the back. Since the car is leased i dont want to swap the stock hu. What is the besy loc(line output converter) to use for this situiation, wherein he canstill be able to listen to his rearspeakers as well as the subs. Is this even possible?

Yes, you splice into the rear speaker wires for the LOC. The best one? Just get a cheap one on ebay (new at an ebay store).
