I Changed The Ignition Key Lock Cylinder Thinking That Was The Problem But No. What Is My Next Step. What Does The Lock Cylinder Hook Into? Thanks For The Help.

Hope you've managed to fix this by now and have figured out that it's the steering column link actuaor that's gone. Some people have fixed it by pulling the column and replacing the pin that falls out. I just replaced the colum with one from a wreckers.
