I need some major help on selecting the proper drop kit...I went on ebay and found some reallllly cheap kits..For example, some coilovers were $35 and shipping was $30....i would like to know if someone bought any pro exhaust coilovers or other cheap coilovers..I am looking for something pretty cheap...but not that cheap...lol...

Stay away from a lot of that e-bay stuff. Almost all of the "real drift stuff" is cheap and stupid. Go with a more well known brand. Monooxide named some good brands, but I don't know how expensive they are...

tein coilover setups start from $1k. You can get a good HE for about 1200. But of course, Tein's are overrated because of the name. Don't get crucial performance parts from Ebay. unless you're paying a decent amount... it's not worth it. Especially suspension... it's very important you have a good set. You don't want it busting on you while your going 80 on the freeway. If you're looking for a shift knob or something.. go ahead get it on Ebay.
bottom line.. Don't get it. i quote from the past 200 threads... "you get what you paid for..."

did anybody notice he said $35 for coilovers???? since when does suspension - aftermarket or oem - cost $35????
man you're gonna have to spend minimum $600 for suspension thats gonna last more than 47 miles..

Your talking about Sleeve Overs. They Suck. Buying parts just because they're cheap gets you not-so-exclusive access to the ricer section on the saturday night meets.
For Springs buy Tein / RSR / Swift / KG-MM
Tokico is Wack
JIC is Wacker
Teins are Overpriced as shit.

As recommended from a few other peeps on the NissanForms.com. I am going with the KYB APX Shocks and Struts ($350) and the Ground Control Springs(Coil overs or sleaves 0-2" Drop Adjustable)($379.00) Not a bad setup and still cheaper then a full coil over setup. Here is a list I was given of good coil overs.

Don't get the e-bay sleeve overs or anything off of e-bay for that matter, one of my friends bought those sleeve over kits off of e-bay and besides getting my neverending laughter he got something to support crap in his garage.

hahahhahah dropzone? dont make me laugh. may as well call it "ricezone"
dropzone sucks so much ass
tein are no better than average
eibach are slightly above average
JIC = average
tanabe springs are average, tanabe coilovers lick balls(lol who would buy $2000 coilovers that arent even monotube?)
RSR are decent
KW are decent
HKS
buddy club
swift
kg-mm
nismo
all decent
tokico HP(blue) struts are like stock replacement that are better suited for lowering, i.e. heavy duty struts. they are good for basic spring shock suspension on a pretty stock car.
illuminas are 5way adjustable HPs

lol and the only thing good about JIC is that there serviced in the USA and dont have to be shipped to japan and back like tein etc, if you want a rebuild........
