Hello. I replaced the water pump and the belt tensioner on my 93 Taurus that was originally overheating. I replaced the coolant but DID NOT burp the vehicle. I then drove about 12-14 miles with no problems and the car did not appear to overheat. The car sat overnight and this morning she started up just fine, I backed her out of the spot, put it in park to run back in the house, and when I came back and put her in drive she just stalled and would not start. She just kept turning over but would not start.
Any ideas......??

What type of engine do you have?

3.0 not DOHC....
Also, when I got home from work, the car started right up and has run fine since (about 3 miles). However this obviously doesn't mean it won't do it again or solve the original problem..
