2000 Tahoe - Routine Maintenance

I own a 2000 Tahoe 4wd with 91,500 miles and was wanting to get a list of routine maintenance that should be performed (besides oil changes and the other small stuff). Like front/rear differential, fuel filter, transfer case fluid, etc.

Any help is appreciated.
