I know this has probably been posted before, but is there any way that I can make my 3K louder? It currently has Pilot exhaust, and it rumbles fine, but when I get past 3000 rpm's it just dies away. Any suggestions?

do you have all your stock restrictions removed , if not do that and you will DEFINITELY hear loudness. Just make sure to keep some sort of resonator on it or u will get a loud squeal at higher rpms

exhaust cut out: cheap & easy way to make some noise, pollute like crazy, and gain a little top end.
or you could always swap your cat with a testpipe.
those are the cheapest routes for "improving" the sound of your exhaust. if you wanna spend a couple hundred dollars on making it sound louder...then feel free. but you could spend that money towards performance upgrades. however, to each his own. :2cents:

Do you have a base, SL, or vr4? Generally if you want it louder, get a downpipe, testpipe(to replace the cat) or a cutout. Also welcome to the forum, also I suggest checking out the FAQ as it has a wealth of info.

if you want it extremely loud gut everything and add a flowmaster too it but personalyl i think its TOO loud , i suggest all that above and keep a resonator
