I replaced the o2 sensor, moved the little screw to shut off the o2 light. replaced the plugs and did a complete oil change. Then i pulled the ecm fuses to reset the ecm and left it over night. It runs quite a bit better but the exhaust still smells really rich. What else can i do? What about the egr and the pcv? Don't known what to do. Need some help.

What year Trooper are we talking about? I'd say you need to check to see if your thermostat is working properly. If you turn on your heat does it blow good hot air?
Check your air filter and you can also clean your mass air flow sensor. (if you have one) Do so very carefully and with a q-tip and alcohol.
