How should i hook up a 99' Civic ex coupe?

like it says in the subject, my friend (girl by the way) just bought a 99' civic 2dr ex and she wants to hook it up and i want her too but she wants to put like all the stuff im gonna try and avoid on putting on my car. she wants to put that neon blue light thing around her license plate.:bloated: , lol. i told her to talk to me b4 doing anything on her car so she wont make her car look nasty and disappoint the honda world. im gonna need a little help from you guys cuz u know what ur talkin about. Nothing TOO pricey though. i suggested nice super white bulbs. i dont know what to do to it so help me out. (she originally put a down payment on a ford escort but i made fun of it so i think thats why she decided to switch to a honda civic cuz i talk about it all the time hahaha. im such a influence)

well u could always put euro tail lights on it and put some new lights in the front, cant go wrong with that, put under body neons on it
what color is the car? could try painting the insides, put a sound system in
bout the price depends on what the miles were, i dont tihnk its too bad, i wouldnt have paid that much, but thats just me.
and a good rule to stick by dont make it look sweet and not be able to back it up with power.

Lower it with a set of Eibach Prokit springs, get AGX KYB shocks (cheap!) for a good ride w/ a lowered stance.

i didnt want her to get altezzas either cuz EVERYONE has em and its just played out, its kinda nice but too played out. i think she should also add indiglo white face gauges.

personally, id stay away from euros, and neon and go for a cleaner look. Id lower it, maybe some rims, and i/h/e is always a good start

if performance it the case put some new rims on, lower it, new muffler and intake, and u can get 2 12" mtx 8000 in the back with no problem, ive got mine in a pretty big banpass box and have some room left. go to www.summitracing.com for prices i got my speakers 2 for $350

no neon no altezzas. lower it puts some OEM side skirts, a nice front lip and a nice plain rear valance. get some 17 in wheels a CAI and a muffler. it will look clean, sound good, and pack a little punch.
