I'm about to have my headlights replaced for the third time in 5 years, not to mention five directional signal repairs in the same time period. I've spent $750+ on front end lights. That can't be right! My repair center says low riders are known for light problems, something about water splash up/in from the roadways. I never had the same problem with my Camaro. Anyone out there with misbehavin' headlights?!

Low riders are known for problem?. I'm sorry I don't understand that but no, I never had a problem with my headlights and that sounds like a crazy amount of money to spend on lights. Welcome to the forum.

If you are talking about your 99 Bird, how low would it be? And what was the damage? Can't believe the money you spent...

is there kit like that for a 94 TA ?
i dont know what car you have, but for a 93-97 TA, and i sure for a 98+ thers a gear you can buy to replace the crappy plastic stock one, that wears out damn fast...
i did it in my 94 trans am and it works fine, if not better... :icon16:

they have metal replacment gears for all the birds
the only total conversion out tier is for the 98+ birds
but like me you could convert your headlights from sealed beam to composite. you get better light, more choices, and they last a good long time
