ok, i have had my 96 ex for a few days now, and i need some advice.

currently, i have a skunk2 catback, an injin intake, and 99' SI wheels as my only mods/upgrades.

i want to lower it about 2 inches, but i have heard a little here and there about camber problems. can these be completly eliminated with a camber kit? i dont want to piss away money on new tires every 4 weeks...(right now the wheels are 15 inch with a 55 series tire, but in 6 months or so i would like to slap on some 17 inch w/some 40 or 45 series tires..so keep this in mind when replying)

also, handling will be my main focus with my civic. i want it to be quick, but i will not be building a quarter mile car, i want to build a super handling car thats fun to drive and reliable. (daily driver)

also, what are some other mods/upgrades i could do to acheive this? all new urethane bushings? shocks? stut bars? i need advice on what would be a reasonable combo of suspension parts....

im interested in a short throw shift as well, but i need advice on these too. are they ok for daily drivers? do they wear anything out prematurly? are they a good or bad idea?

can any of you tell me what a good fog/driving light is? i DO NOT want any lights that are "colored", (that super ghey blue and rainbow crap is for others, not me..) can anyone recommend a good quality WHITE light thats not tacky looking? (headlight upgrade advice also would be appreciated)

i have seen some sweet mirrors on a few "racing only" type cars, (they look kinda like old rectangular style mirrors, they are pretty small) i cant find them in any catalogs, do any of you know where i can find them? what there called? i NEED them.....

also, i want to hook up a starter switch. is it an easy tie in to the ignition? how do i do it?.....

is a header worth it?

is a "free flow" cat emmision/street legal?

any/all help would be greatly appreciated...

If you're getting lowering springs, get shocks as well. Yes a camber kit will fix the camber problem. If you're looking for handling then don't get 17's, unless you happen to find light weight ones. You should think about getting the bushing kit and possibly a rear sway bar.
Short shifter will be find for everyday driving. It can cause premature wear (I believe it's the syncros that get worn).
For fog lights, why not get the OEM ones? You can change out the bulbs in them if you don't like the ones that come with it. Check out this for some ideas on bulbs (more for headlights): http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=177538
For mirrors, do you mean something like this (top one): http://www.modacar.com/products/Honda/Civic/MODAMIR/
