LCD dash not working....

I am in the process of installing an aftermarket stereo in the 1990 Cougar I just bought. During installation the LCD dash no longer works and the radio isn't working. Any ideas? I checked the fuses and the only fuse blown was the 10A accessory fuse which I replaced but it didn't fix the problem. Is there some sort of anti-theft thing that happened? Please help, I can't drive it without my dash.

Found the problem, it was the 5A memory fuse that is with the fuse cluster under the hood. Who would of thought that the dash fuse was under the hood, lol.
