Front End PLEASE HELP

I already posted a thread with this probly but noone helped. When I step on the break of my car there is like a popping noise its like pop pop pop pop pop. And also anytime i hit small bumps or anything it feels like if im not holding the wheel the car will just take off. it like jerks. It feels alomost like somthigns loose in my front end. I had my car lifted and both wheels off. My rotors arnt bent, my breaks are fine. My cv joints are tight my tie rod ends are tight. Everything in there is tight. Any clues anyone?

i'll do my best but I need a little more description to help more. The pop pop pop sound when you hit the brakes sounds like an ABS problem...do you have aftermarket rims or tires? If it's not that kind of pop then could you try to explain it better...just trying to get a picture of what's going on. And what do you mean it feels like it will take off when you hit small bumps? do you mean take off to the left or right, up, down...i don't understand "it jerks".

Its like a sound as if you pop a body part out of its socket. JUst a little louder. I dont have after market rims or times though. It feels like my car will go left or right. like somthing is loose.
