Depends on what type of tamiya kit, but most likely you will have to modify the rim it self, i think most of the aoshima wheels are female, and tamiya kits mostly have male wheels, there is a how to on the forum that should help you out.

You'll have to more specific. What Tamiya kit and what Aoshima rims. Generally, Tamiya are males fitting with some female. Aoshima is generally female fitting but some male.
Another factor is mounting offest of the Aoshima rims you want to use and the mounting offset of the Tamiya model you want to use. Some models require trimming to fit. Some models require spacers. Some model just can't accomodate the rim choice due to interference with suspension parts. The list goes on and on.
I wish it were as simple as swapping rims but most of the time this is not the case.
The problem with the How-to is that it's not universal.

The Work Equip 01's wide wheels, wider than normal street car wheels or standard bB wheels. Chances are they will stick out from the wheel well, especially in the back, as they are wider than the fronts.

The first thing is that it should be fairly straight forward fabbing flares for the Bb.
You'll need to find out what the wheels look like. Another words are they staggered or are all 4 wheels the same.
Next you'll have to temporarily assemble the front suspenison, rear suspension and the body. Then put the wheels on and see what kind of modifications you'll need to do. Without fabricating the flares the wheels will most likely stick out a lot.
