2001 Frontier Fog Light Hardness Installation Instructions

I bought some fog lights & hardness kit to install on my truck about 2 years ago. Now that I am trying to install them, I noticed that the instructions are missing from the kit. Does anyone have or can point me to some instructions for the hardness kit?
