1984 camaro z28 cruise control

got a 1984 with cruise control problems,power to the handle ,and none to the servo under the hood ,any ideas of what to look for ??. someone said there is a control module in the car ,but i have not been able to locate it must be hidden really well somewhere help guys .

I have an 84 Z28 too. My cruise didn't work right when I got it. But mine wasn't with the servo it was with the handle on the steering column. I had it looked into and apparently the control module is pretty hard to get to. If I remember right it's snuggly inside that hell hole of a dash assembly somewhere. But don't quote me on that. Wish I could be more help to you man.

i got an 85 camaro z28 iroc and my cruise doesn't work either and by the sounds of it it sounds pretty hard to get to it i wouldn't really worry about it unless u plan to do a lot of highway driving there buddy and word to the wise these types of cars arn't the best on gas

guys, try www.thirdgen.org, its a site for third gereration camaros and firebirds, anything you need to know, you will find the answer there.
i had a 85 sport coupe a few months ago. under the dash was a lot simpler than my 90 rs. you guys dont have the air bag garbage. good luck!
