Car jerking to left

After about 5-10 minutes of driving my car starts jerking to the left pretty hard. Also it makes a loud clanking/rubbing noise. Also it only does this why I am accelerating. I was wondering if you had any ideas on what could be causing this.

My guess would be a front end alignment.

I doubt it's the caliper's piston, but I do think it could be a frozen slide.

How does it happen? IMPROPER MAINTENANCE! Brakes need to be inspected, cleaned, LUBED. At least once a year a brake service should be performed.
How to do it? www.helminc.com nothing beats a factory repair manaul.

Last time I explained a brake service the moron thought the lube goes on the inside of the pads(part that touches the rotor) while it actually goes on the back. So I'll leave that information to be found in the repair manual. If you can't follow that, you shouldn't be working on your car.

sounds to me like what i was having happen with my axels when i lowered my car witha B16 in it, solved the problem by putting Raxels in it, they were binding because the old ones were too long for the alignment with the lowered suspension.
