teg not idleing then bouncing!?!?!?!

i have a 2000 integra GSR with i/h/e, intake mani, throttle body. at start up she doesnt even want to idle. i have to hold down the gas till i take off but once she gets warm she decides she wants to bousnce from 1000 to about 2500. iv replaced the map sensor and iacv once befor and its doing it again. anyone have any ideas?

Throttle Positioning sensor unplug it and post wat happends
