finally some races for the tc

well it started off as a regular night/day after work...its about 2am. i can jump on the freeway and get home in 15 min. but, i have almost NO gas...nearest gas station is about 10 min away. so i ended up gettin gas and takin streets home. ok 1st race. im doin about 50...when i look up theres a pair of VERy bright headlights in my rearview mirror. couldnt tell what it was but they were catchin up. he changes lanes comes up beside me, passes me up, cuts me off. but hey at least he signaled ^^. it was a silver vw gti 1.8t. looked like it had a cat back. well i meet up with him at the next light. we both floored it. my front bumper was right behind his door the entire time...at about 60 i gave up and he speeds away. i tried to catch up to give him a thumbs up, but he ended up turnin. honestly i was kinda dissapointed with the gti, i thought it woulda been alot quicker...didnt lose by too much. not long after i run into a black mid 90s camaro v6. i was behind him..so i speed up to 50...and slowly pass him. normally now is the part when they gun it leaving me far behind...nope he didnt react...so when we hit the red light i assumed he didnt wana race. he gets a jump on me however but i stay about 1 car length behind until 50...when he decided to actually hit the gas ><...yea he was gone pretty quick. this last one wasnt actually a race. but there was a 02 corolla s full of girls behind me for about 5 min (one lane road) the road opens up into 2 lanes at a 4 way stop. they pull up next to me and start revving...i honk 3 times and take off...maybe they forget they were racing cuz i was waaaay ahead. i was more confused than happy...about a kill that wasnt quite a kill. well its obvious they were just messin around right? wrong. at the next light they floor it i pull up behind them ( were doin about 60) she hits her flashers so i pull up next to her...honk 3 times again this time she actually went for it...but having 4 people in the car didnt really help...i took them by about 3 car lengths at about 90 i realized they had alrad y given up...round 2 nope. they turned...so overall a very interestin night...if i woulda had my sc, i know i coulda taken the gti...and definetly surprised that camaro...oh well...

Sounds like you had a fun night and hopefully with some more mods like the ones you have in mind. You will be eating up the competition. Good Luck

yea, but itll be a while...hasnt come out yet, and its rumored to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-4k =/

yeah thats right not a typo. i think they were comign home from winter formal, cuz they were all dressed up...yes girls (tho rare) do race too =P

Your not supposed to leave the girls behind...you are supposed to stay even with them long enough to get their numbers...

uhhh....scion tc with those engines? That would be pretty sweet, but none exist...scions have a 2.4L 4-banger.
