body mods for my hatchback

i was wondering if anyone new what mar clay was or could find out where i could get it other wise where or what kind of good fiber glass i could use would be to do body work/new mods because i want to get into making my own roof scoops and and doing my own mods to my body kit like can some one give me some pointers maybe or some advice that i could use please thank you

haynes manual can teach you a thing or two about fiberglass..don't know too much about making custom molds though, i would practice by trying to make molds off parts you already have. Good luck.

You can try the foam they use in floral decs, you can buy it in blocks at your local hobby/craft stores. Just trim it down to your basic shape and cover it with foil to keep the fiberglass from sticking to it. then you can use it over and over.
