needed turn signal cruise control arm

I have '78 sedan deville that someone thought they needed more than me and while trying to steal it broke the turnsignal cruise control arm. Have done lots of searching with no luck. Has anyone any ideas where this part may be found or do you have a 77, 78,or 79 your parting out? I could use the help . Thanks a bunch
