'95 tracer ignition relay location?

Anyone know where this booger is located in my 1.9L car? My schematics show it to be in engine compartment fuse box, but all I see there is a cooling fan relay and some fuses. I can push car off and all is good, but this is a pain. Is this part located up under this box maybe? I have replaced battery, starter, starter relay, checked and ohmed wires, and it appears I'm not getting fire to the starter on the clip connector with the key switch ON. Is there some inline fuse I'm missing? Didn't see one in the schematics. Any other suggestions for this no start problem would be appreciated. Thanks, Chevy guy for your earlier input!

Check the ground cable/straps between the chassis and the engine. Should be two (2)
Remove the push-on connector on the starter solonoid. Put the transmission in 'Neutral" hook a jumper wire from the (+) battery terminal to the exposed terminal on the relay. The engine should crank. If it does, the problem is in the ignition switch or clutch interlock switch.

Thanks!
