I have to switch back and forth. I get sick of each after a while. I think Pepsi changed the recipe lately though because it always makes my stomach hurt.
What do you drink it in, plastic bottle, or metal can? I thought that too lately about changing the recipe. But they may have actually changed the bottle they put it in, ( I have some old bottles from a few years ago that are empty and they are heavier.) I don't like soda in plastic bottles as I think it adds an off taste to the product. Cans are better in that I think the product tastes better, and they chill down quicker as the metal is a better conductor of cold. I actually liked it when the soda used to be bottled in glass bottles. I also find it is harder to get a good tasting Pepsi whenever I purchase one at a restaurant or convenience store and it comes from a fountain. It seems that the mixture is off, either too watery, or too syrupy. Coke on the other hand seems to come out of the fountain all right most of the time. I don't know why that is. I used to work with a guy who was in his early '80s and said the Coke/Pepsi of today is no match to how it tasted years ago when they actually used sugar to make it and not corn syrup, or other plant based sweeteners that they use today.

I used to work for Coke, so having free coke all the time REALLY made me sick of anything made by Coke. So I choose Pepsi - plus they have all the different flavors of MD that I love.

There are some companies that use a mixture of CocaCola to clean their fleet vehicles' engines.
The acid used in Coke is delivered in tanker trucks which are placarded due to the caustic nature of the stuff.
Pepsi for me

The first soda I ever had was a coke and I remember it, because my mom never wanted me to drink soda when I was little but my dad let me have it one night when I was 5. But then when I coudl at home I always had pepsi because thats what my mom liked better.
I'm a Cok loyal though, there places around here that still sell coke in the glass bottle, its so good, no pepsi can live up to that. Plus the thing about the fountains is so true, no matter what the pepsi from the fountains always tastes a little off when the coke is always dead on, cherry coke from the fountain is my crack. So most defineatly coke all the way.

Do they still bottle Coke in glass bottles? In my area they did away with that years ago and now our only choices are metal cans and plastic bottles. I prefer the metal cans over the plastic bottles as I've said previously, but sometimes 12 oz. isn't enough and 2-12oz.cans is too much. I wonder in the future if you'll be buying Coke or Pepsi in those pouches like Capri Sun, or sport boxes like Juicy Juice, etc. Then we'll be on this forum reminescing about how we used to drink it out of plastic bottles or metal cans. I'm sure the plastic and metal lobbying groups will ensure that their products will be used to house soft drinks for many years to come.

Soda in a pouch will never happen.
I know of one place to get coke in a bottle on Maui. I know a lady who works at a jewelry shop and they have coke in bottles. Can never resist that.
