Heated Seat Problem

I have been having some problems with my heated seats and I was wondering if anyone has had the same issues. When I first start the truck up and I turn on the heated seats instead of first going to High it will start in low. I have to press the button a few times from low to off then it goes back to lo then off AND THEN finally goes to hi. At first i thought maybe the switch was sticking when it got really cold but it has gotten to the point of being a real pain as it does it all the time now. Any suggestions?

Does it do it on both sides? If not, swap the switches out and see if it follows the switch. If it does, replace the switch.
