Automatic T-Bird Dimmers

Do all t-birds with automatic headlight dimmers also have manually dimmers also on the turn signal levers ? I cant get mine to pull towards me. trying to figure out how to dim lights for at nite during rain or snow.

Also were can I get T-Bird emblems
