D*mn Needles

So I was messing with my gauge cluster bulbs, which I do regularly to change color of the gauges. Anyways, thought I'd be tricky and pull the face off to just lay a sheet on top of the bulbs, which I thought would work better. Long story short, I didn't think to mark where the needles sit, so they need to be reset. Anyone know the procdure for this?
