I have a 1996 RR 4.6 HSE and as we all know the OEM Stereo (Clarion) sux. Any recommendations for a good aftermarket FM Tuner/CD Player that will cleanly interface with the steering wheel controls? Thanks.

It sux? I didn't know that. But I've only had my 4.6 HSE for 3 years and haven't experienced any radio problems (apart from a blown bulb which I replaced).

Obviously you have different requirements to me. I'm very happy with the OE radio and 11-speaker sound system,. Everyone who has ever travelled in my car thinks the sound system is pretty good.

But I don't travel with anyone from the doof-doof brigade. :)

I'm also looking for help with an aftermarket radio installation kit for a 1996 RR 4.6 HSE. When I purchased the vehicle the radio and faceplate were removed. I'm going back with a Alpine IVA-C800. I need info on the installation kit itself. I've searched the web with no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks,
