Car will not start

I went out last night to a movie the car ran just fine, came home went to bed. Woke up went to go out and the car does not start, cranks but will not fire. It is a 6 cyl and All I can think is Fuel filter, Pump, or maf.
The question is where is the fuel filter located on this car I looked and can't find one one the line? Also is the fuel pump in the tank cause I can't find that either! Where is the maf
